At the beginning of this year, we started applying our new learning transfer platform in our customers’ inhouse programs; a one-year-license is included in the New Leaders Program (18.08.-22.08.2014 in Anthering bei Salzburg) for the first time in the MDI open program this summer. Masha Ibeschitz-Manderbach:

„According to Brinkerhoff’s studies, only one participant out of six applies new know-how successfully. Four participants try and fail. And one participant does not even try. That’s what we want to –and will – change with our new system!”

Marion Mihatsch:

„Exactly, that is the challenge! Back in everyday life, we often do not take the time to train and apply new know-how, and we fall back in our old routines. The platform helps us to stick to it and implement it. And not using excuses such as “I do not have time for that!”
