We are proud to announce the European launch of a unique workshop based upon New York Times best-selling author Daniel H. Pink’s book Drive.
What’s so special about this workshop
This Drive Workshop,
- is built upon years of scientific knowledge that has shown beyond the shadow of a doubt that money alone can do very little to boost employee engagement and foster their creative, innovative thinking.
- was awarded the “Most Innovative and Most Useful Product” at the World Human Resources Congress in Melbourne.
- ranks among the most popular training workshops in the United States and Australia.
Based on the pillars of intrinsic motivation, Autonomy-Mastery-Purpose, the workshop helps all those interested in driving their people to heightened levels of engagement through a blend of tools and techniques that are the outcome of years of research, development and experimentation.
