Das Lernen erfolgt selbstgesteuert und flexibel und die eigene F\u00fchrungskraft wird als Lern-Coach in den Prozess einbezogen. Au\u00dferdem profitieren sie von einem Lern-Netzwerk, in dem sie Erfahrungen austauschen k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\nProgramm- und individuelle Teilnehmerziele werden definiert und laufend evaluiert. Zur\u00fcck im Alltag nehmen wir uns oft nicht die Zeit, das Erlernte zu \u00fcben und anzuwenden, und fallen schnell in alte Routinen zur\u00fcck. Die Plattform hilft dabei, dran zu bleiben und umzusetzen.
