Das Unternehmen hatte Anfang 2019 eine interne Umstrukturierung vorgenommen und zugleich geplant, zu expandieren, was zu einer Reihe von neuen Teamleads f\u00fchrte. Wir bei MDI begegneten der Anfrage mit gro\u00dfem Interesse, da Nachwuchsf\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und vor allem auch in so einer gro\u00dfen Zahl, ein spannendes Projekt f\u00fcr eine Begleitung durch MDI darstellen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die bereits erw\u00e4hnten internen Umstrukturierungen, Expansionspl\u00e4ne und ein weiterer Schritt in Richtung verteilter Verantwortung, haben smec veranlasst f\u00fcr die neuen Teamleads ein Development Programm anzubieten. Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt war auch, die \u201eNeuen\u201c als Gruppe zusammenzuf\u00fchren bzw. auch einen dementsprechenden Raum f\u00fcr Austausch als Vorbereitung und Begleitung f\u00fcr die Rolle zu geben. Das \u201eWHY\u201c f\u00fcr das Programm vonseiten des Kunden war f\u00fcr uns als begleitender Ausf\u00fchrer sehr klar und auch ein offener Austausch \u00fcber die Painpoints und wo MDI etwas bewirken m\u00f6chte, war von Anfang an gegeben!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Zielsetzung<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Bei Anfragen wie diesen ist es f\u00fcr uns nat\u00fcrlich wichtig, den Match zwischen Kundenbedarf und unserer Expertise gut zu treffen, daher war es uns ein Anliegen nach der Kirkpatrick Herangehensweise vorzugehen und auch zun\u00e4chst zu kl\u00e4ren, wohin das Unternehmen m\u00f6chte und dementsprechend auch wohin die Entwicklung der neuen Teamleads gehen soll.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">F\u00fcr smec war es wichtig die \u201eNeuen\u201c, die teils vorher Mitarbeiter*innen waren oder auch Personen, die ganz neu in das Unternehmen in die Rollen kamen, auf bevorstehende T\u00e4tigkeiten und Erwartungen von den Heads of der unterschiedlichen Departments, vorzubereiten. Themen wie von Mitarbeiter*in zur F\u00fchrungskraft, Kommunikation (mit Mitarbeiter*innen und mit anderen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften), Verteilung von Verantwortlichkeiten im Team, das eigene Bewusstwerden der neuen Rolle und Feedback sollten sich in dem Team Lead Programm widerfinden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image admin_label=&#8220;Image &#8211; Unser Teamleads Development Programm wurde in drei Sprints durchgef\u00fchrt und die ganze Zeit hindurch mit der Lerntransferplattform Promote begleitet. F\u00fcr die Gruppe von 19 Teamleads war das Trainerteam Christina Sunder-Plassmann und Toni Chung f\u00fcr die jeweiligen Sprints im Einsatz und konnten somit eine durchgehend professionelle Begleitung gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Jeder Sprint wurde im Nachhinein mit einer Feedback-Umfrage evaluiert und nach Ablauf des gesamten Programms gab es ebenso einen Call zwischen der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung und der HR-Zust\u00e4ndigen von smec, den Trainern und uns als MDI. Die r\u00fcckblickenden Ma\u00dfnahmen sind vor allem daf\u00fcr hilfreich, um die gemeinsam gemachte Erfahrung zu reflektieren und dabei darauf zu achten, was wirklich gut verlaufen ist und worauf geachtet werden sollte, wenn weitere Aktivit\u00e4ten gesetzt werden sollen. Nur so kann Lernen f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten stattfinden und ebenso erm\u00f6glicht werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Eine besondere Freude war es auch zu sehen, wie aktiv die Team Leads auf der Lerntransferplattform Promote waren. Diese wurde zum einen genutzt, um im Vorfeld Erwartungen zu den einzelnen Sprints abzuholen, aber auch um in kleineren Gruppen aktiv den Austausch zu f\u00f6rdern und wie das im Sprint Gelernte im Arbeitsalltag Eingang fand.
